Organic Foxtail Millet Rice
Foxtail millet or indigenously called Kakum/Kangni is one of the oldest millets consumed in India. Like any other millet, it is rich in fibre and protein. It is easy to incorporate these 100% organically produced Foxtail millet in your diet either in the form of grain or in the form of flour. It is popularly eaten in the form of porridge amongst other food dishes.
Studies show that people who consume foxtail millet in their daily diet have lesser possibility of suffering from diabetes. Foxtail millet is also a gluten free option which is high in antioxidants, calcium content and anti aging properties. Vitamin B1 content in it can help enhance memory power and the iron content in assisting brain content.
